Full Arch Protocol

Having an established protocol for restoring successful full arch cases is necessary for achieving optimal function and aesthetics.

Our process involves proper planning, teamwork, and communication between the lab and the surgeon dentist, resulting in delighted patients.

There is so much going on in the digital planning and surgical guide planning which we will cover, but here's a step-by-step look at our post-planning stage process:

  1. First appointment: take a primary impression.

  2. Second appointment: prepare a pre-sectioned jig that is to be luted intra-orally, and a custom impression tray for final impression.

  3. Third appointment: we prepare a bite block that will screw on two implants and a plaster verification jig to check for a passive fit.

  4. Fourth appointment: treatment begins with a try-in appointment. If the patient is fully satisfied, this serves as the prototype try-in and will be used to copy-mill the final prosthesis.

  5. Fifth appointment: the final prosthesis is delivered.
