1. How do I create an account with Styledent?

It’s a simple process! On our home page, scroll down and click on “Get Started With Us Today.

2. How do I send digital cases?

Instructions can be found on our website from the drop down menu under ‘Send A Case’. Please provide the patient’s appointment date if known on the order form or prescription to make sure we deliver ahead of time.

3. How do I send physical cases?

Send impressions using the carrier of your choice to:

We recommend using UPS or a carrier that will provide a tracking number.

4. What is your estimated delivery time?

Crowns= 10 business days
Implant Crowns= 15 business days
Aesthetic Cases (Veneers/Anteriors)=15-20 business days however it will be a case by case review.

5. For Dental Assistants:

For cosmetic/anterior cases, please provide pictures with the shade guide and prepped teeth with shade stump.

For pictures, we create a shared folder in our Google Workspace for each client. We will create one for you. We need only 2 good pictures: 1 full face smiling, 1 smile close-up retracted.

Please provide us with the best email address to share the folder with you. If you have the .stl files, please send them through the portal of your device (Sirona, Trios, etc....) and not by email.

6. Payment:

You will receive an invitation email to our Bill & Pay payment portal where you will be able to create an account (username/password). The account gives the option to select autopay as well. *Please check your spam email for this email.

*Please note that for all new accounts, full payment by ACHM credit card will be required prior to shipping the first order only, within 15 days of statement’s date. Alternatively you can also pay by check. Subsequent orders will be billed on invoice. Payment can be easily made on the portal or by calling our lab at 407-512-0251.
