a) Inventory Of Personal Information
We review the personal information we hold and how it is managed. We know the personal information in our possession and we determine, according to a defined process, whether we really need it. The types of personal information collected and their storage conditions are documented. This way, we know the type of consent we need to obtain from the individuals concerned and how the information is protected.
b) Policies, Processes, and Procedures
We have developed and documented internal policies, processes, and procedures, accessible to employees, for:
(i) collection, use and disclosure of personal information, including consent and notice requirements: our employees understand their obligation to inform individuals of the reason for which they collect, use, and disclose personal information and obtain their consent;
(ii) access to personal information and its correction: our employees know that individuals have the right to have access to their personal information and to correct it and the deadlines to respect;
(iii) responsible use of information and information technology, including administrative, physical, and technological security controls and appropriate access control: we have implemented appropriate security measures. Our filing cabinets are locked and our electronic databases are protected by access controls and encryption. Role-based access control is used to limit access to information. Our employees therefore only have access to the personal information they need to carry out their tasks within Styledent;
(iv) the safe retention and destruction of personal information collected according to retention rules established according to good practices recommended in the industry;
(v) the possibility of filing a complaint regarding non-compliance with the principles: Styledent has an internal policy if an individual wishes to file a complaint regarding the personal information management practices of our organization.
c) Risk Assessment
For any new initiative related to the collection, use, and communication of new personal information, Styledent assesses the risks of security threats.
d) Training And Awareness
Our employees are trained and aware of privacy protection. Our employees take awareness courses adapted to their role every year. These courses are mandatory for all employees.

In the event of an incident or breach of privacy, our procedure promotes a collaborative approach by involving the appropriate employees.
f) Management Of Service Providers
Our data processing service providers only have access to the personal information collected by Styledent that they need to carry out the contractually delegated tasks. The solutions in place make it possible to limit access and protect it.
Continuous Assessment And Review
Styledent monitors, evaluates, and reviews its privacy management framework to ensure that it remains relevant and effective.
1. Monitoring And Review Plan
This plan includes a schedule for reviewing all policies and other program controls.
2. Program Control Measures

Based on the results of the evaluation process, Styledent determines whether action should be taken to account or revise the program controls. Changes made are communicated to employees. Our Privacy Officer takes appropriate measures to:
