1. How do I create an account with Styledent?
Getting started is easy! Simply click the Submit Case button located at the top right corner of our website to begin the process.
2. How do I send digital cases?
To send a digital case, head over to our website and look under the ‘Resources’ dropdown menu. From there, select How to Send Digital Impressions for step-by-step instructions.
3. How do I send physical cases?
If you’re sending a physical impression, you may use any shipping carrier you prefer. However, we recommend choosing UPS or a service that provides tracking. Please ship to the following address:

4. What is your estimated delivery time?
Our turnaround times depend on the type of case:
- Crowns – approximately 10 business days
- Implant Crowns – around 15 business days
- Aesthetic Cases (e.g., veneers, anteriors) – usually 15–20 business days, depending on the complexity of the case
5. For Dental Assistants:
When sending cosmetic or anterior cases, it’s important to include high-quality photos. Specifically, please send:
- A full-face smile photo
- A close-up retracted smile
Additionally, we ask that you include a photo with the shade guide, prepped teeth, and stump shade.
To make this process seamless, we’ll create a shared Google Drive folder for your office. Just let us know the best email address to use for access.
If you’re submitting .STL files, please upload them directly through your scanner’s platform (such as Sirona, Trios, etc.) rather than emailing them.
6. Payment:
Once your account is set up, you’ll receive an invitation email to our Bill & Pay Portal. From there, you can create a login and choose to enable autopay if desired. Don’t forget to check your spam folder if you don’t see the email right away.
For all new accounts, we require full payment by ACH, credit card, or check prior to shipping the first case. Payment must be received within 15 days of the statement date.
After the first case, billing will be handled per invoice. Payments can be made easily through the portal or by calling our lab directly at 407-512-0251.
