A dental lab should be able to welcome their dentists at their premises or visit them at their clinic. It could be as simple as discussing a challenging case and explaining the different options or protocols. Look for a small to medium size high end lab that has been around for a while and has been recommended by your peers.

VIP service would be nothing without a personalized touch. Helping out for a rush case, going out of their way to help you find information or helping you solve an issue are all examples of personalized service a dental lab can offer. Personalized service starts with a conversation. Is your lab calling you from time to time to make sure you are satisfied with their services and products? These calls are a great opportunity for connecting, sharing and evolving as a team. Don’t miss out on these calls and come to the phone yourself instead of answering through your assistant or receptionist. Your personal input should be requested and highly valued by the lab. They are using this information to get better and in return give you better services and products for you and your patients.
